EFT Tapping, or Emotional Freedom Technique, is a powerful tool that can be used to help you release any doubts or fears that may be preventing you from achieving your goals. EFT has been shown in studies to reduce stress and anxiety levels and therefore open people up to a more positive mindset for manifesting their dreams.
Doubt stems from a lack of belief in ourselves.
It's created through past experiences, what we interpret from those experiences, what we've been told about ourselves, and what we've been told about society. In most cases, it is based on false reality - a false and narrow interpretation of the truth. It is linked to our belief system and how we view ourselves in the world.
I'm not good enough
I can't cope
I can't do XYZ...
Doubt is an absence of self-love. The more you love yourself the more you will believe in yourself. The more you believe in yourself, the less doubt will arise.
How does EFT Tapping help to release doubt?
EFT helps us to reprogram our subconscious mind and create new positive thought patterns by tapping on various points of our body while repeating positive affirmations. Tapping releases blocked energy associated with traumatic or stressful experiences that potentially feed negative thinking and doubts.
It works on a physical and psychological level to help us replace negative thoughts with empowering ones. By expressing love, acceptance and self-confidence through affirmations, we can create lasting changes on how we perceive ourselves in the world.
These positive messages can become our new reality - one that is filled with self-love and possibility!
