Heart + Sacral Vinyasa with Dani

This class is designed to open both your heart and your hips, where we often hold a lot of physical and emotional tension.

All postures will be chosen specifically to allow us to move, accept, create and feel. We will invite tension to drift away through this special vinyasa experience.

Transformative
Breathwork with Mary O'Donovan

Mary from Home Body Breathwork will guide us through a transformative Conscious Connected Breathwork journey.

This breathing practice is an active style of breathwork which allows us to gently explore altered states of consciousness, in a safe and supported way.

It allows us to experience deep physical and mental rest, and can also act as a gateway for profound healing and growth, where unprocessed emotions can be released, and clarity and inner peace can be cultivated from within.

This will take place in two sessions of 12 people on Sunday morning.

Testimonials - September 2022 Peak District

Just what I needed

"Going on the retreat was just what I needed to kickstart my healing journey! I got to experience lots of new modalities as well as meet like-minded women who were all there to support each other as well as themselves.

I left the weekend feeling truly inspired and ready to do the work on myself that I'd been putting off for years."

It was so easy to just be

"The retreat was epic, I felt so safe & supported throughout the whole time there. I had so many breakthrough's, realisations, a-ha moments, clarity, comfort & support it was so easy to "just be".

There was a lovely balance between free time & workshops. Everyone was so friendly & welcoming. I left that retreat with friends for life and I left a layer of the onion behind."

I felt more confident

"I just loved everything about the weekend. I loved how the intention I set at the beginning really did carry through the whole weekend, to the point of the words I had written were used by the workshop leaders through their practices.

I loved how everyone was so welcoming and supportive, which left me feeling so much more confident in myself when I left."

The Venue. Killary Lodge.

Killary Lodge sits on 185 acres of wild rugged Connemara. With magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and sea, it is the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset over Killary Fjord, surrounded by nature. The lodge is nestled within mature native woodland, offering a little slice of paradise.

An inner sense of well-being comes naturally amidst the serene surroundings of The Killary Lodge, within the raw beauty of Connemara. Overlooking Killary Fjord, the lodge frames some of the most dramatic scenery in Ireland. From the northern shore of Killary Harbour rises Mweelrea, the highest mountain in Connacht. To the south, there is the imposing panorama of the Maumturk Mountains and the Twelve Bens.

Offering a true escape away from reality, at The Killary Lodge the sounds of traffic are replaced by bird song and the rustle of ancient trees. Instead of crowds, there is a vast array of birds and wildlife including barnacle goose, mallard duck, mute swan, seals, otters and dolphins.

There is private access to an area on the Killary Fjord for swimming (on a stoney beach). There are also plenty of beautiful sandy beaches in the local area. During your retreat, you can explore the local area and Connemara visiting local tourist attractions. There is also a wide range of adventure activities available onsite for those who want to get out into the landscape and onto the water to get a different perspective.
