The deposit is non-refundable, like many other course providers, as provision has been made for you on the course and therefore is guaranteeing your place. However, I do understand circumstances change and I would like to assist in some way. If you require a refund of the full payment you have made and you can cancel up to 3 weeks before the training, you will receive that minus the deposit. If you require a refund of a part payment you have made, you will receive that minus the deposit. All refunds will be issued within 5-10 working days (as per Stripe guidance).
If however, you cancel within the 3 weeks prior to the course /event, there will be no refund. I do want to assist you but you will understand that costs have been committed on your behalf. I may not be able to get anyone to take your place at short notice. I will allow you to defer to another training session, so you won't lose your money however, it might be up to a year away. If at that point you decide to pull out from the training, unfortunately, I won't be able to issue a refund.
